staff and regional partners to optimize the health and performance monitoring of its identified athletes.<\/p><p>Triathlon Qu\u00e9bec supports identified athletes at the Excellence, Elite and Rel\u00e8ve levels, as well as certain Espoir athletes, by coordinating and monitoring the following services:<\/p><ul><li>Annual medical assessment and blood test<\/li><li>Postural and\/or functional musculoskeletal assessment<\/li><li>Physical preparation coaching<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Athletes, training groups or coaches also have access to services in the regions, thanks to the eight regional centers attached to the INS, including the following:<\/p><ul><li>Nutritional assessment and follow-up<\/li><li>Physical preparation<\/li><li>Physiological consultation<\/li><li>Massage therapy<\/li><li>Sports psychology<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-122a9231 elementor-align-left
